Terms and Conditions for Life After Tragedy and the “7 Steps to Renew Your Life After a Tragedy” Course

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and participation in the online course “7 Steps to Renew Your Life After a Tragedy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”) offered by Life After Tragedy (hereinafter referred to as “Company”). By enrolling in the Course, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you must not access or participate in the Course.
- Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and resources provided in the Course, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and any other multimedia elements (collectively referred to as “Course Materials”), are the exclusive property of Life After Tragedy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
- Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course Materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any portion of the Course Materials without prior written permission from the creator and CEO of Life After Tragedy – Janet V. Grillo.
- Prohibition on Unauthorized Use
Any unauthorized use of the Course Materials will result in strict legal action. If any portion of the Course is utilized without permission, the responsible party will be subject to a fine of $100,000. This fine is intended to protect the intellectual property rights of Life After Tragedy and to deter unauthorized use.
- Course Participation
Participants are encouraged to engage actively in the course and respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund.
- Disclaimers
Life After Tragedy makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness or results of the Course. Participation in the Course does not guarantee any specific outcome, and individuals are encouraged to seek professional advice for personal issues.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Life After Tragedy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or participation in the Course.
- Modifications to Terms
Life After Tragedy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Course website. Your continued participation in the Course after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
